I do everything myself — designing, making, packaging, shipping and all my store admin. If I get swamped, orders might take longer to ship. If your order is delayed, I will get in touch so you know exactly what is happening.
Some items are made to order and will take longer to ship. For details on turnaround time see individual product descriptions.
I go to the post office twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays) but if you are ordering something as a gift and need it quickly, let me know in the special instructions in your cart when you check out and I'll do my best to get it to you on time.
I don't want anything getting lost in transit, so I send all items by registered post with signature on delivery.
I offer free standard shipping anywhere in Australia. Express orders and international orders are extra.
I care about the environment, so I reuse bubble-wrap and other protective packaging where possible.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once I have shipped your order.
International Shipping & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I have no control over delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
Before returning or exchanging anything, send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or through my contact page. I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
All the jewellery for sale in my store is carefully handmade by me. My hands-on production ensures a quality product.
In the highly unlikely event you receive damaged or faulty jewellery, I am happy to repair or replace the item for free as long as it is returned to me within ten working days in original undamaged packaging.
If you order the wrong sized ring email me. I can resize it for you for a fee. This fee will vary from ring to ring. You will need to cover registered postage both ways.
If you change your mind after receiving your piece, I will provide you with store credit to the value of the piece after it is returned to me within 10 working days, unworn, undamaged and in its original undamaged packaging.
I cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.
I'm always on the lookout to make my practice and my workshop more environmentally friendly.
I use low impact chemicals rather than the usual really hectic ones.
I reuse bubble-wrap and use recycled cardboard to protect jewellery while in transit.
I use recycled metals where possible and source my gemstones ethically. I also like using synthetic gems which are grown in a lab rather than mined from the earth - but are still beautiful.
